With Investment.com, we purchased a turnkey home on a wooded bluff overlooking the Chesapeake Bay and totally reimagined it to optimize for uniqueness and short term rental performance. We created a new theme for the home based an bold orange and dark green color palette. We built a detached platform with a barrel sauna, sunken hot tub and suspended pendant lighting all overlooking the bay.
